On Site Services

Smart Guys Computers On Site offers a full suite of PC and laptop services in your home or office. Whether you need diagnostics, repairs, or upgrades we are here to provide knowledgeable, fast, and courteous service. On-site services are available by appointment 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.

All services are performed by an experienced professional technician on a hourly basis. We offer these services to most of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan area without a trip charge.

There is a one hour minimum for all on site visits. After the first hour we bill in 15 minute increments. We also offer bulk prepaid hours at a discount. We find most businesses will require approximately 2-4 hours of repair and maintenance time per unit annually. Prepaid hours are valid for two years from date of purchase.

Desktop & Notebook Services (Hours used single visit) 

• 1 hour  $125
• 2 hours $225
• 3 hours $300
• 4 hours $350
• Each additional hour is $50

Bulk hours (Prepaid labor packages includes Desktop & Notebook services only)

• 20 hour package   $2000 Save $500 over single hour rate
• 50 hour package  $4500 Save $1750 over single hour rate
• 100 hour package $8500 Save $4000 over single hour rate

Server Services (Hours used single visit)

• 4 hours $500
• Each additional hour is $100
