We reserve the right to verify all internet orders prior to shipping. We may call or email you in our ongoing effort to prevent fraud. Erroneous contact information may result in your order being delayed or cancelled

Most orders are shipped within one business day of verification

A business day is defined as Monday thru Friday not counting any holidays

Smart Guys Computers will not be responsible for any delays incurred due to delays by the respective carriers

All shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to us and the carrier.

If you wish to cancel your order: You may notify us by email to before we have shipped your order or where your order has already been shipped to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the following provisions:

You may return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning merchandise to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

1. In the event that the product has been opened

2. Any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

3. Any UPC codes have been removed from the items original box

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
