After clicking on the link below please follow the steps listed here

1. Click Start a New Session on the middle of the page
2.  Type your name
3. Click Start Session
4. Allow the file called “ConnectWiseControl.Client” to download 
5. Run the file after it is downloaded and answer okay or yes to any prompts
